Problem with Dates on iPhone

Mar 13, 2012 at 4:53 PM

Hello, first of all I would like to thank the developers for this amazing library.

I'm working with templates to build a report. The report is done on a windows server 2003 machine which does't have Excel installed, the reports come out as expected when seen on Excel, LibreOffice, and Android devices. But on the iPhone, the dates are displayed as numbers.

I have tried to use worksheet.Cells[1, 1, 100, 100].Style.Numberformat.Format = "#,##0";

But it doesn't fix the problem, i wouldn't like to change the cell format to string because the report has filters, and the users wouldn't be able to sort by dates anymore.

Is there any way to fix this problem by code or modifying the template?

Thanks!

Set the numberformat to a date format like...

worksheet.Cells["B:B"].Style.Numberformat.Format="yyyy/mm/dd"

Have a look at the FAQ for more info.
