Pivot Tables

Hi all !

I've several excel workbooks that all have a common structure:
- normal worksheets with plain data (no formatting, comments, etc)
- seperate pivot table worksheets that reference the normal worksheets

As far as I understand, EPPlus does not support modifying pivot tables. I don't believe that this is even required to solve my problem, because Excel recalculates them if required.
However is it guaranteed that the pivot tables are not corrupted if I *only* modify the data of normal worksheets ?

Thanks for your help

Hi,

Pivot table data are stored in a separate file inside the package, so writing data to a worksheet should not corrupt the pivit table. You can check it out by renaming your template *.zip and extract the xml files.

I have not tested this, so I can't be 100% sure, but if you dont experiance any trouble it should be fine
